If payment IS NOT RECEIVED you will be banned from booking again. I give a 10 minute grace period. At 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled. I am not licensed to wash hair, please come to your appointment with freshly washed hair with no oils or leave ins. If your hair is not properly washed, your appointment will be cancelled for coming to your appointment not ready. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE.
