Extra seating for 1 extra guest. I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no call-no-shows. Deposits are Non refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled course or appointment will be charged a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 36 hours of the scheduled course or appointment will be charged a $75 cancellation fee. Late fee of $20 will be applied at 15 minutes. At 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and a no call no show fee will be applied. You will not be able to book a course or appointment until you have paid the cancellation fee. Children must be able to sit still with an activity book or tablet. If the child is not cooperative, the appointment will be cancelled and charged a 65% service fee. I am not licensed to wash hair, please come to your appointment with freshly washed hair with no oils or leave ins. If your hair is not properly washed, your appointment will be cancelled & you will be charged a 65% service fee for coming to your appointment not ready.
