Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all braid appointments. This helps protect against last-minute cancellations and no-shows while allowing me to properly prepare for your service. NO SHOWS will be banned from booking again. NO SHOWS will be charged 50% of the appointment. I give a 10 minute grace period. At 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled. I am not licensed to wash hair, please come to your appointment with freshly washed hair with no oils or leave ins. If your hair is not properly washed, your appointment will be cancelled for coming to your appointment not ready. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE.
